What is Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)?

Neuro Linguistic Programming is based on one simple question: What makes some people excel in their field and how can others learn to get the same results in an efficient way? This was the question Richard Bandler and John Grinder asked themselves at the beginning of the 70s.
